Return Policy

At Geovari, we aim to provide high-quality products and a clear shopping experience. However, if you wish to return an item, the conditions below apply. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.


Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs or handling fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it beyond fitting is not.

  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variations and returning part of the order are not permitted and may be refused.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To initiate a return, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at info@geovari.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Returned items must be shipped to our supplier’s return facility, which is located outside the United Kingdom (China).

  4. All return shipments must be sent at the customer’s own expense, including customs duties and import charges.

  5. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as you are responsible for the return until it is successfully delivered.

Geovari is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet our return conditions, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval.

  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet the return requirements, no refund will be issued and the item may be discarded.


Liability & Address Accuracy

  • Geovari is not liable for parcels marked as delivered according to tracking information.

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing an order.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
